Due to growth, they are now seeking a Property & Asset Coordinator to support day-to-day maintenance delivery while contributing to broader asset performance and compliance. The Opportunity Working closely with the Tenancy Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating maintenance works, managing contractor relationships and ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained. You will be the key point of contact for maintenance coordination across the portfolio, balancing tenant needs with asset longevity.
