This role involves delivering both remote and on-site technical support to clients across the Canberra region. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining printing and IT systems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful Printer Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to: Responding to customer inquiries and diagnose technical issues across printing equipment and IT systems Performing on-site service tasks including consumable replenishment, parts replacement, and equipment handling Managing collection and deliveries within set timeframes Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues The successful Printer Technician will have experience in the following: Demonstrated experience in a technical support, help desk, or field service role Exposure to printing technologies, IT systems, or related environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Valid Drivers licence This is a great opportunity to join a growing global provider and a friendly and supportive team.
