Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… As the Business Relationship Manager you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic B2B partnerships. In this role, you’ll build and nurture relationships with Support Coordinators (SCs), Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Service Providers (SPs), and key health/government contacts to increase customer acquisition in this fast-growing region. You’ll collaborate with our State and National Partnerships Teams to develop referral networks, host local networking events, and represent Plan Group at industry forums. At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Driving Growth – Building and expanding referral networks across SCs, LACs, and SPs. Strengthening B2B Relationships – Establishing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the region. Hosting Networking Events and webinars – Presenting, organising and attending industry events to increase engagement and referrals. Representing Plan Group Locally – Attending forums, interagency meetings, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility. Tracking and Optimizing Performance – Using Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and measure growth. Staying Ahead of Industry Trends – Keeping up to date with NDIS policies, regulations, and best practices. Hybrid role with travel to Western Melbourne / Geelong LGAs and occasional interstate travel To be considered for this role you will have: NDIS Knowledge & Passion – Understanding of NDIS legislation, Disability Standards, and industry trends is advantageous but not essential. Proven B2B Growth Experience – A strong track record in business development, sales, or stakeholder engagement. Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills – Confident in connecting, collaborating, and consulting with a diverse network Self-Starter – Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work autonomously. Driver’s License Required – Ability to travel within the region.
