This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities through professional conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in helping businesses discover the future of facilities with OCE. The Opportunity In this role, you will engage with businesses across a variety of industries to introduce OCE’s facility services and identify opportunities for our management team to provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for generating qualified appointments, nurturing prospective client relationships, and supporting our business development activities through proactive outbound communication. We are happy to work on structure for the right candidate, whether you are seeking flexible, part-time, school hours, or remote work arrangements. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct outbound business-to-business calls to prospective clients Introduce OCE’s facility service solutions in a professional and engaging manner Identify client needs and uncover opportunities for cleaning, maintenance, and integrated facility services Book qualified appointments for our management and sales team Build genuine long-term relationships with prospective clients Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and opportunities within our CRM system Follow up leads, nurture warm prospects, and maintain ongoing communication Assist with email campaigns and client engagement initiatives where required Work collaboratively with management to achieve growth targets and client acquisition goals What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organised, and motivated to contribute to a growing and forward-thinking company. Ideally, you will have: Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, telesales, customer service, or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers Experience using CRM systems and sales software Excellent organisational and time-management skills A positive attitude and professional phone manner The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated Reliable internet and phone setup if working remotely Experience within commercial services, cleaning, facilities management, or B2B sales is highly regarded but not essential. What We Offer Competitive Pay $38 – $42 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.
