You'll bring fresh ideas, energy and heart-creating experiences that promote connection, independence and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include: Designing and delivering innovative lifestyle programs tailored to residents' needs and preferences Leading and supporting Lifestyle Assistants and volunteers Creating a vibrant, inclusive and engaging environment Managing program planning and budgets Continuously improving activities to keep them fresh, relevant and meaningful This is a role where no two days are the same-and where your creativity will truly shine. About you You're someone who genuinely cares-and it shows in everything you do. You will bring: Certificate IV in Lifestyle (or similar) Experience delivering lifestyle or activity programs (aged care highly regarded) Strong communication and organisational skills A creative mindset with the ability to engage and inspire others Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care Most importantly-you bring warmth, empathy, and a passion for improving the lives of others.
