Casual Occupational Therapists – weekend roster and leave cover An exciting opportunity has become available for motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our weekend Allied Health team on a roster basis. Our team of supportive professionals are passionate about providing the best quality care for our patients. About the Role This opportunity will see you working with our inpatients alongside a dedicated allied health and clinical team that provides a variety of rehabilitation programs including orthopaedic, pain management and reconditioning, following complex medical admissions or surgical intervention. Clinically you will provide Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions within the speciality area of in-patient rehabilitation, providing therapy in both individual and group settings whilst developing appropriate discharge plans within a multidisciplinary team. You will be supported by the Allied Health Manager and Senior Occupational Therapist, within a supportive and friendly Allied Heath team. About You You will be an Occupational Therapist ideally with prior experience in an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and deliver a high standard of customer-focused service in line with our Ramsay core values. You will also demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and workloads both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will demonstrate; Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration Sound clinical reasoning and clinical decision-making skills.
