Perks You’ll Love Competitive base salary Industry Leading Performance-based incentive structure Supervision Bonuses Travel reimbursed for community visits (travel dependent) $1,500 annual CPD & external supervision budget Flexible working arrangements , use of personal leave and paid parental leave beyond the Health Professionals and Support Services Award [MA000027], Flexible working options (mix of home and pod-based office - 1-2 days in office per week) Dedicated admin support for service agreements and case follow-ups—so you can focus on clinical work Laptop & phone provided Opportunities to contribute to service development, community engagement & student supervision About the Role As a Senior OT, you’ll: Manage a caseload of NDIS participants across a Generalist caseload, with focus on your area of subspecialty Complete functional, ADL, pre-employment and capacity-building assessments Support participants with home modifications, equipment prescription, and therapy planning Collaborate with families, GPs, support coordinators and other health professionals Participate in service improvement and development projects Provide clinical mentoring support to junior therapists or students Contribute to stakeholder engagement and mentoring Help shape our culture and practice through your leadership What We’re Looking For AHPRA registered OT with 4 years' experience (NDIS experience highly valued) Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for person-centred practice Sound knowledge of NDIS and/or primary/community care models Experience supporting children or adults with disability, psychosocial, or complex needs Leadership capability, a growth mindset and a team-first attitude Bonus points if you have: Experience in Complex Seating, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or Psychosocial Disability Willingness to learn Previous experience mentoring others Established business development relationships with community partners, referrers, or general community.
