About the role We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Routine courier runs predominantly for the pickup and delivery of pathology samples including urgent specimens, blood products. Maintaining patient confidentiality and integrity Compliance and adherence with Policies and Procedures, Work Health and Safety Procedures and Quality Assurance processes Completion of paperwork and additional clerical duties as required About you To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including: A current full (unrestricted) driver licence is required[RI1] Previous experience delivering an exceptional customer experience Excellent communication and time management skills Physical capability to be able to manage the workload. Ability to follow instructions and use initiative to make sound decisions Previous courier experience is considered highly advantageous QFG requires all staff to have had an appropriate COVID vaccine.
