About the role Sontec Integrated Systems is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager/Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of security and associated low-voltage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Australian citizenship is required for this position. What you'll be doing Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective project delivery Coordinate and supervise the work of cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards Provide progress updates and reports to management Continuously look for ways to improve project processes and deliver greater value to our clients What we're looking for Strong technical background and understanding of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intruder detection Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Proficient in project management tools and software, such as SimPRO, Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, and Trello Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to client sites as required What we offer At Sontec Integrated Systems, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
