Let the Journey Begin… KINNECT is seeking a Team Manager to lead our Occupational Health services across our Belmont and Joondalup clinics. This opportunity has arisen following a leadership transition and presents a strong opportunity to step into a key operational role, leading established services in Belmont while supporting the continued development of our new Joondalup clinic. In this role, you will lead our Occupational Health teams, driving service quality, operational performance, and a strong team culture across both sites. About the Role As Team Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and performance of our Occupational Health teams across Belmont and Joondalup. This role has a clear focus on Occupational Health service delivery, including pre-employment medicals and health surveillance. Teams are primarily made up of nursing staff, with a focus on efficient, high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Performance Lead, coach and support clinic-based teams Build a strong, accountable and positive team culture Drive capability uplift and consistent performance across sites Operational & Service Delivery Excellence Oversee day-to-day service delivery across both clinics Ensure clinical governance standards and SOP adherence Optimise workflow, utilisation and clinic efficiency Client & Customer Focus Maintain high standards of client experience Support relationships with key local clients and referrers Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow Occupational Health services Financial & Clinic Performance Contribute to performance across revenue, utilisation and cost control Support resource planning aligned to service demand Drive accountability for clinic-level performance outcomes About KINNECT KINNECT is a market-leading, Australian-owned company founded in 1996, specialising in Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation.
