At PDC Health Hub, you see the full mix of podiatry presentations: sports injuries, biomechanical assessment and orthotic prescription, paediatric, general podiatry, footwear and gait, alongside diabetes-related foot care and high-risk foot screening. You'll share the clinic with Credentialled Diabetes Educators, Accredited Practising Dietitians, Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Pharmacists allowing for MDT care provided at one location. About PDC Health Hub PDC Health Hub (Perth Diabetes Care) is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic offering specialist diabetes and chronic disease care alongside the full breadth of general allied health services. Our podiatry caseload reflects that mix, ranging from sports and biomechanics through to chronic disease management. Our team works across eight clinical disciplines from co-located sites, and many of our clients have been with us for years. What you'll do General podiatry, including nail and skin care, callus and corn management, and footwear assessment. Sports podiatry, including running injury assessment, return-to-sport planning, and collaboration with our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists. Biomechanical assessment, gait analysis, orthotic prescription, and review. Paediatric podiatry, including gait concerns, in-toeing and out-toeing, and developmental foot conditions. Diabetes-related foot care, including risk stratification, high-risk foot management, neurovascular assessment, and wound care. Compression therapy, including stocking fitting and chronic oedema management. Patient education, preventative care, and long-term therapeutic relationships. Collaboration with the wider PDC team, GPs, sports physicians, endocrinologists, and vascular services as clinically indicated. Consult times built to allow adequate clinical time with each patient. What we're looking for Essential: Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent qualification recognised for AHPRA registration. Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist A patient-centred approach and strong communication skills. Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid and CPR certification. Highly regarded (any combination): Sports podiatry experience or interest in running and lower-limb injury management. Biomechanics and orthotic prescription experience. Paediatric podiatry experience. Diabetes-related or high-risk foot care experience. Wound care certification or postgraduate study. Endorsement for Scheduled Medicines (ESM).
