() We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Network Analyst to join our growing technology team in North Albury, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, maintaining, monitoring, and improving network systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability for internal and client environments. Key Responsibilities: Analyse, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and cloud-based network environments. Troubleshoot network performance issues and provide timely resolutions to minimise downtime. Configure, manage, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network security systems. Assist in implementing network upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and disaster recovery solutions. Monitor network security, vulnerabilities, and system performance to ensure compliance and operational stability. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver reliable and scalable networking solutions. Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures. Support cloud networking environments and hybrid infrastructure deployments. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience may substitute for formal qualifications where applicable. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and network security principles. Experience with Microsoft environments, cloud technologies, and network monitoring tools. Familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar networking technologies is highly regarded. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
