Your day-to-day will include health assessments, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and patient education — all within a collaborative, community-led environment. We’re looking for: Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1). Minimum 2 years’ Practice Nurse or Primary Health experience. Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management. A strong understanding of cultural safety and community health. principles.
