Positions Available: Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse Type: Full Time, Part Time or Casual Positions Your responsibilities will include: Supporting our GP's with procedures incl. removal of sutures, wound care, and dressings Assisting with procedures like iron infusions, vaccinations ( adult/child), and injections Collaborating with clinic staff and doctors Coordinating patient care with community services Sterilizing and maintaining medical equipment ECGs and other diagnostic testing Treatment room operation including vaccine management, sterilising, stocking and ordering consumables, minor cleaning duties Undertaking daily maintenance of the treatment room, verifying stock inventory and management of medical equipment and consumable supplies Follow up phone calls to patients as needed Completing pre-employment medical evaluations based on direction from GP Health education and promotion Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment Vital sign monitoring Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to show initiative and work independently but also engage in teamwork Assist Reception Staff as needed including answering phone calls if required High standard of presentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience using Best Practice software is preferred Support the Practice to meet accreditation Maintenance of professional CPD requirements and registration Please forward CV and cover letter to Monique at lockyerdoctors.com.au
