St Louis Allied Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team delivering meaningful therapy services across metropolitan and regional South Australia. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and community-based practice — combining a metropolitan Adelaide caseload with regular regional outreach visits. Based from our Adelaide office, this role includes scheduled travel to regional communities across South Australia, including travel via light aircraft and overnight stays as part of our outreach program. All travel, accommodation, and logistics are coordinated by the business. About the Role This is a hands-on community role working across: Community aged care NDIS participants Support at Home clients Regional outreach services When not travelling regionally, you will manage a metropolitan community caseload across Adelaide. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while working across diverse clinical environments with genuine autonomy and variety. Your Responsibilities Conduct functional and environmental assessments Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions Prescribe assistive technology and home modifications Develop goal-focused therapy plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams Support clients to maximise independence, safety, and quality of life About You You are an Occupational Therapist who: Enjoys working independently within community settings Has strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Is adaptable, organised, and confident managing varied caseloads Values practical, person-centred care Enjoys travel and working across metropolitan and regional environments Is comfortable travelling via light aircraft and staying overnight in regional communities This role is best suited to clinicians with prior community, disability, aged care, or outreach experience.
