St Louis Allied Health is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality physiotherapy services across metropolitan and regional South Australia. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, variety, and meaningful community-based work while making a genuine impact across both metropolitan and regional communities. Based from our Adelaide office, this position combines a metropolitan Adelaide caseload with regular regional outreach visits, including travel via light aircraft and overnight stays as part of our structured outreach program. All travel, accommodation, and logistics are coordinated by the business. About the Role This is a dynamic community physiotherapy role working across: Community aged care NDIS participants Regional outreach services across South Australia When not travelling regionally, you will manage a metropolitan community caseload throughout Adelaide. You will support clients with: Mobility and balance concerns Falls prevention Strength and conditioning Pain management Functional rehabilitation Exercise prescription Mobility aid recommendations This role offers genuine variety, strong clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions Develop person-centred, goal-focused treatment plans Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services within community settings Support mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Provide falls prevention and pain management strategies Prescribe mobility aids and exercise programs Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting Collaborate with families, carers, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams About You You are a Physiotherapist who: Enjoys working independently within community settings Has strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Is adaptable, organised, and confident managing varied caseloads Values practical, person-centred care Enjoys travel and working across metropolitan and regional environments Is comfortable travelling via light aircraft and staying overnight in regional communities This role is best suited to clinicians with prior community, aged care, disability, or outreach experience.
