We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join a collaborative finance team to support with year end and audit processes. This role will suit a hands-on professional who is confident working across month-end processes, reconciliations, consolidations, and year-end audit preparation within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to quickly integrate into the business and provide support across the wider finance function as required. Key Responsibilities Manage and assist with month-end close processes Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations Prepare and complete Excel-based consolidations Assist with preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records Provide adhoc assistance to the finance team across daily operations and project work Identify process improvements and support efficient finance practices Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Financial Accountant position Strong experience undertaking month-end reporting, reconciliations, and consolidations Previous experience supporting year-end audits Strong attention to detail and analytical capability Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a team environment Available to commence on short notice preferred This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable and capable finance professional looking for a short-term contract within a supportive team environment.
