You will make an impact by: Managing the operational and business direction of the Perioperative Services inclusive of Operating Suites, CSSD, Day of Surgery Admissions and Short Stay Unit. Focusing on theatre utilisation, growth, business development, risk management. Building engaged teams and developing a culture of excellence and accountability. Strong ability to lead teams through change, fostering engagement, resilience, and continuous improvement. To be successful in the role you will: Extensive Perioperative Services Leadership and experience across all relevant perioperative service areas Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including presentation and public speaking skills Ability to build and maintain rapport and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and service growth / efficiencies Management of human and material resources to meet organisational requirements for cost efficient service delivery whilst maintaining high standards of safe care and service delivery of patients, VMOs and staff Clinical knowledge in service delivery in accordance with legislated requirements, industry codes of practice and relevant standards and organisational policy and procedures in perioperative settings Position Description Inherent Requirements We will review applications as we receive them.
