Job Description Full Time | Salaried Position Lead the upkeep, presentation and operational reliability of one of our largest and busiest coastal parks, NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park. What you will do: Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the maintenance and grounds function across the property. No two days are the same, you’ll be: Leading maintenance operations and prioritising repairs and requests Running preventative maintenance programs across buildings, infrastructure and equipment Managing contractors, trades and service providers Managing rosters, labour and productivity to meet operational demands Keeping everything from pools and plant equipment to grounds and gardens in top shape Ensuring strong safety, compliance and environmental standards You’ll work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and the broader leadership team to ensure the park is always guest-ready and running smoothly What you will bring: You’re a hands-on leader who: Has experience in maintenance, facilities or trade-based leadership roles Loves solving problems and keeping things running smoothly Is confident managing teams, contractors and competing priorities Understands labour, productivity and operational efficiency Takes pride in presentation, safety and quality standards Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality, tourism or accommodation, but not essential.
