What You Will Be Doing Customer Service Officer Position 1: Key Responsibilities: Providing customer service both over the phone and face-to-face Managing front counter sales Processing customer orders and invoicing Maintaining strong customer relationships Customer Service Officer Position 2: Key Responsibilities: Customer service via phone and face-to-face interaction Managing emails and correspondence Supporting basic sales processes Coordinating dispatch and delivery planning (ensuring products are scheduled and delivered to clients efficiently) What You Will Need Previous experience in customer service in a similar environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers both over the phone and face-to-face Administration skills, including data entry, emails, and invoicing, purchase orders Confidence handling sales inquiries and processing orders Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry What’s in it for you?
