An exciting opportunity exists for a Joint Management Implementation Project Manager to join a dedicated team delivering strategic land and park management initiatives across multiple parks and reserves in Gippsland. This is a leadership role supporting meaningful outcomes On Country, working in partnership with key stakeholders to strengthen Joint Management and deliver priorities guided by Traditional Owner aspirations. About the Role: This is a senior, field-connected leadership role responsible for coordinating and delivering Joint Management initiatives across a diverse portfolio of parks and reserves. You will work closely with Rangers, Traditional Owner representatives, government agencies, and land management partners to ensure projects are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with agreed cultural and strategic frameworks. Key responsibilities include: Leading the delivery of Joint Management projects across multiple parks and reserves Coordinating governance, reporting, budgets, and performance monitoring Acting as the key liaison between Joint Management partners and stakeholders Supporting implementation of Whole of Country and Joint Management Plans Identifying and progressing priority works and “first right of refusal” opportunities Providing strategic input into planning, policy alignment, and system improvement Supporting team capability development, mentoring, and advocacy Ensuring all project activity aligns with cultural, safety, and compliance requirements About You: You will be a capable and experienced project leader who is confident working across complex stakeholder environments and delivering outcomes in culturally sensitive settings.
