Your Role in Action Keep Things Running Smoothly : Provide timely, safe, and efficient maintenance services, tackling both planned and unplanned jobs, and ensuring high standards are met. Evaluate and Improve Assets : Help assess the lifespan and performance of our assets, and contribute to capital and maintenance budgeting for long-term success. Lead and Mentor Apprentices : Provide guidance, set goals, and offer valuable on-the-job training to help apprentices and trainees grow in their roles. Maintain Factory Operations : Get hands-on with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations to keep our equipment running smoothly. Keep Documentation Spot On : Ensure work orders, permits, timesheets, and reports are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance and efficiency. Uphold Quality and Teamwork : Work within a collaborative environment, conducting inspections, identifying problems, and implementing improvements to ensure the highest quality standards. Your Winning Combination Our ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade, along with a current Confined Space certificate, a valid Safe Working at Heights certificate, and a manual driver’s license. If you have additional certificates, that's a plus! But don’t sweat it if you don’t—we’re here to help you learn and grow in your role!
