We have openings for up to three new contract Support Coordinators (from 5 to 30 hours per week, depending on your situation) who value what they do and the fact that they will be renumerated above the industry standard. Your focus will be on assisting with the day-to-day coordination, operations, and management of NDIS participants within the NDIS environment: Undertaking Support Co-ordination (Level 2/3 NDIS Support and Specialist Support Coordination), Stakeholder Liaison & Relationship Building, and Service Referral & Research. Ideally you will be located in Western Victoria (Geelong/ Ballarat/ Surrounding areas), but it’s not a deal breaker if you aren’t – you can undertake this role from anywhere in Australia. Passion for empowering clients to achieve their goals. Highly Desirable: Significant Healthcare/ Nursing and/or Disability Support experience. Relevant knowledge and sound understanding of legislation surrounding NDIS and other community services. Health, social work, psychology, disability, community services or related qualification(s). Good general IT skills, including MS Office, email programs, etc. What You Will Need: Computer/ Laptop & Phone. Valid Driver’s Licence (with access to a fully insured Vehicle).
