Production Supervisor – AM Shift Near Mackay, QLD Monday to Friday | Day Shift Our client is a well-established and growing business within the steel and manufacturing industry, servicing sectors including mining, construction, transport and heavy engineering. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their operation in Mackay and lead the day shift production team. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone with a strong manufacturing or steel processing background who can drive productivity, safety, quality and team performance across daily operations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing workshop activities, coordinating workflow, managing staff performance and ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently and safely.
