We are seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing team. What You'll Be Trusted With: You'll manage a well-run residential portfolio with autonomy and support. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a residential portfolio of 100-150 properties. Your role will include: End-to-end management of a quality residential portfolio Building strong, respectful relationships with landlords and tenants Conducting thorough entry and exit inspections with confidence Coordinating maintenance, rent arrears, and lease renewals with care and clarity Communicating proactively and professionally — because service matters We're looking for someone who has: Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate. The QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate must be held at the time of application. Valid QLD Driver's Licence. A minimum of 3 years of property management experience is essential. Property management experience must be gained within a real estate agency environment. A passion for client service and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Confidence in using property software (experience with PropertyMe is a plus).
