What We Offer Full-time position with consistent hours Fully serviced company vehicle Competitive base salary – training costs covered Uncapped commission incentives Nationally recognised qualification (for trainees) Ongoing training, mentoring, and career development Supportive team environment with national career pathways Employee discounts for you and your family Who We’re Looking For Licensed Technicians Current SA Pest Management Licence (General Pest and/or Timber Pest) Experience in residential and/or commercial pest control Timber pest inspection experience highly regarded Trainees Welcome No prior experience required Willingness to learn and complete required training and licensing Interest in building a long-term career in pest management What You’ll Be Doing Inspect and identify pest activity across the Adelaide region Deliver pest control and prevention treatments Conduct timber pest inspections (where licensed) Provide professional, customer-focused service Use advanced SMART pest control technology Complete theory and practical training modules (for trainees) Follow all WHS policies and procedures What You’ll Need Full, valid Australian Driver’s Licence Ability to travel within the Adelaide metro region Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Confidence using mobile technology Physically fit and comfortable working in tight spaces Why Join Us?
