REQUEST For Candidate Previous management experience in a retail restaurant, supermarket or similar fast paced retail environment. Minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar hospitality or retail environment is required for this position. Possess strong leadership skills with he ability to motivate and develop a team. Be a great communicator and able to build strong rapport with both customers and staff. Confidently handle customer enquiries, concerns and high pressure situations with professionalism. Be available across 6 days, including evening shifts and have flexibility with your schedule. The position requires the candidate to be able to speak, read and write both English and Chinese Mandarin Native level proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is essential, including advanced speaking, reading and writing abilities.
