An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of operations at a fast-paced poultry processing facility based in Osborne Park. Reporting directly to the WA State Manager, this role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining production targets, and leading a large, diverse workforce in a high-volume environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to drive both people and performance.
