An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of operations at a fast-paced poultry processing facility based in Osborne Park. Reporting directly to the WA State Manager, this role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining production targets, and leading a large, diverse workforce in a high-volume environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to drive both people and performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all site operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and production teams Drive productivity, output, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure strict adherence to food safety, quality, and hygiene standards Manage workforce planning, rostering, and labour efficiency Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to meet production targets Maintain a strong safety-first culture across the site Collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategy and performance About You Proven experience in a Site Manager / Operations Manager role within a fast-paced production environment (food manufacturing highly regarded) Strong leadership capability with experience managing large teams Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment Commercially minded with a focus on performance and results Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and compliance standards Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, resilient, and solutions-focused What's on Offer Leadership role with real impact and autonomy Fast-paced, high-volume production environment Supportive senior leadership team Competitive hourly rate shift penalties (wages position) Opportunity to drive change and improve site performance Why This Role?
