Mechfield FM is a medium-sized HVAC and Facility Maintenance Company based in Cambridge. Due to our growth we are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, well presented, and skilled individual to join our team as a Administration Assistant. About the Role: You will have a varied workload and some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Answering incoming calls from our clientele; Uploading of data & information into various portals of ours and our valued clients. Providing support to our accounts and service administration team. Providing support to our field staff & contractors; The Successful Applicant: You must possess the following attributes to be considered for this role: Polite phone manner, communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient and competent in the use of Microsoft Office; Experience with AroFlo or Uptick software will be highly regarded, however not essential; Enthusiasm and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team; High attention to detail and accuracy essential; Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task; Excellent organisational and time management skill; Ability to demonstrate initiative; Demonstrable problem-solving skills; Flexibility and adaptability; Current Drivers Licence; Please forward your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability to mechfieldfm.com.au
