About the Roles As a dentist-owned and operated private practice, we are seeking a passionate and experienced team member to join our friendly practice in Norwood, SA, with opportunities available in both Dental Reception and Dental Assisting. This is a casual role offering flexibility, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate/s. In the Dental Reception role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, processing payments, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. In the Dental Assisting role, you will support our dentists during procedures by preparing and passing instruments, mixing materials, maintaining a clean and organised clinical environment, and ensuring all infection control and sterilisation protocols are followed. Across both roles, you will contribute to a positive patient experience, maintain accurate records where required, and support the wider team in delivering high-quality care. What we're looking for The role ideally suits someone with a dental assisting qualification (though not essential) and prior experience. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team while building rapport with patients. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care is important, along with flexible availability to work across extended hours over six days a week. Seeking a motivated and caring casual receptionist to join their supportive, professional team in a modern dental practice. The role offers an immediate start, flexible roster across Monday to Saturday (including evenings), and strong opportunities for long-term development. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day reception duties with a focus on excellent customer service and patient care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, well-presented, and able to build rapport with patients, while demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
