This role involves operating heavy vehicles to safely and efficiently transport and deliver concrete, while ensuring full compliance with all relevant road transport and safety regulations. Benefits Competitive Pay= Base Superannuation Overtime Opportunity to join a growing and expanding business Supportive and professional work environment Competitive salary package based on experience Long-term career growth opportunities Task & responsibilities Driving and operating heavy rigid (HR) concrete agitator trucks for the transportation of concrete Delivering concrete to construction sites, batching plants, and infrastructure projects Conducting daily pre-start and safety inspections Ensuring safe loading, transport, and unloading of concrete in accordance with operational requirements Completing and maintaining delivery documentation, logbooks, and trip records Monitoring vehicle condition and reporting mechanical faults or maintenance requirements Complying with NHVR regulations, fatigue management, mass and load restraint requirements Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in line with company standards Communicating effectively with dispatch teams, plant operators, and site personnel Qualification & experience Valid HR Driver Licence (essential) Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR Truck driving experience Experience operating concrete agitator trucks (preferred but not essential – training provided) Sound knowledge of road safety, transport regulations, and compliance requirements in Australia Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with flexible hours, including overtime and weekends Strong communication skills and a reliable, safety-focused approach to work White Card preferred About Company Nayyar Associates Pty Ltd, trading as Robust Concrete, is a leading supplier of concrete agitator trucks and professional drivers, supporting major concrete producers, civil contractors, and infrastructure projects across Australia.
