We are a growing construction company based in Perth, specialising in plasterboard, ceilings and partition works, with multiple long-term projects underway. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications Manage site safety and compliance with WHS requirements Liaise with builders, subcontractors and project managers Monitor progress, quality and timelines of works Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction (fitout or plasterboard experience preferred) Strong understanding of construction drawings and site coordination White Card (essential) Good communication and leadership skills Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure What we offer: Long-term, stable projects Full-time position with consistent work Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to grow within the company Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
