About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Advisor to work with a Tier 1 Commercial construction company. This role will support the delivery of large-scale commercial projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and systems across project sites Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance Provide practical safety advice to project teams and stakeholders Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting Assist in the development of safety training and awareness programs Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards About you: 3–5 years’ experience in an HSE role within commercial construction Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices Experience working on large-scale projects (up to $100M preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or similar Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Big name client Opportunity to work on high-value, complex projects Supportive team environment with a variety of project options Career growth and development opportunities Competitive salary package How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume below.
