What you'll be doing: Own and execute your territory plan, maximising face-to-face customer time Drive sales performance through market insights, forecasting, and target achievement Build lasting partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders Deliver exceptional equipment handovers and customer experiences Support and mentor sales cadets and team members What you'll bring: Proven B2B sales experience (construction equipment knowledge highly regarded) Strong commercial acumen and market awareness Energy, drive, and a proactive, “make it happen” mindset A passion for building relationships and winning deals Flexibility to travel and a current driver’s licence (HR/MC or willingness to obtain) What’s in it for you?
