This role includes weekend work across our display homes; this is where buyer traffic is highest and where top performers make their money. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full sales process from enquiry, tender and deposit • Present home designs, lifestyle options, and site solutions • Manage 20–40 active leads at any given time • Follow up fast and consistently — across calls, SMS, and email • Build a referral network with agents and developers • Maintain accurate CRM records, tasks, and follow-up schedules What You Must Bring • Proven success in sales, within residential homes highly desirable • Strong communication, and thrive on technical information • Self-driven, organised, and competitive — you like winning • Ability to work weekends • Discipline in CRM, follow-up, and activity management Performance We don’t shy away from clear standards.
