Job Description Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Platform Lead, Agentic Workflow Orchestration to drive the strategy and delivery of next-generation business process automation across our enterprise. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in shaping how intelligent workflows, AI agents, and orchestration platforms transform patient, customer, and operational journeys across the organisation. Working within our Digital Platforms function, you will lead the evolution toward a “Cloud of Agents” model, combining advanced Agentic AI capabilities with digital workflow orchestration to deliver scalable, autonomous, and data-driven business processes. What You’ll Do In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across Ramsay’s orchestration and automation capability, ensuring platforms are scalable, integrated, secure, and aligned to business priorities. Key accountabilities include: Define and execute the roadmap for Agentic Workflow Orchestration capabilities across the enterprise. Lead the design and development of an integrated ecosystem of AI agents and orchestration platforms. Drive automation of patient, customer, and administrative workflows through intelligent digital processes. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align platform capabilities with strategic objectives. Oversee interoperability and integration with core enterprise systems including PAS, EMR, and administrative platforms. Establish governance frameworks and lead forums across Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation. Ensure platform reliability, performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance through proactive risk management. Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to technical teams and platform specialists. What You’ll Bring You are a strategic technology leader with deep experience delivering enterprise workflow, orchestration, or automation platforms within complex environments. You bring a strong blend of technical capability, commercial thinking, stakeholder engagement, and innovation leadership. 15 years’ experience in technology, digital, platform, or product delivery leadership roles. Proven experience delivering orchestration or workflow platforms supporting end-to-end business or customer journeys. Strong experience with Appian, OutSystems, or similar low-code/BPM orchestration platforms. Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their application in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience developing technology roadmaps and driving strategic platform transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and governance experience across business and technology functions. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor technical specialists, and build high-performing capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset within fast-paced and evolving environments. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
