The Community Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and promotion of College events, community engagement initiatives, and partnerships across Emmanuel College. Community Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator This position is based at our St Paul’s Campus in Altona North. This is a Category B position. The successful candidate will work full-time and report directly to the Director of Community Engagement and Partnerships. The successful applicant will: Support the planning, coordination and delivery of College events, promotional activities and community engagement initiatives Assist in the implementation of the College marketing and engagement strategy Coordinate and produce College publications, marketing collateral and promotional materials Maintain and contribute to the College’s website and official social media platforms Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners and suppliers Support the coordination of College communications, content planning and brand consistency across all platforms Work collaboratively within the Community Engagement and Partnerships Team to support a broad range of College initiatives and events Maintain effective administrative systems including event calendars, engagement enquiries and supplier coordination All applications must include the following: Completed application form An up-to-date CV An application letter addressing your suitability to join our community and to meet the responsibilities outlined in the Position Description (no longer than two pages) Applications must be submitted by 4pm on Friday 19 June.
