Key Responsibilities: Coordinate landscaping project schedules, including mapping out timelines for site preparation, planting, hardscaping, and final touches, to ensure projects are completed on time and within agreed-upon deadlines. Assist in monitoring project scope, identifying variations and ensuring all adjustments are documented and approved in line with project requirements. Act as the contact central point for project-related matters, liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to share, updates, address queries, and resolve minor issues promptly. Coordinate on-site meetings, pre-project consultations, and client walkthroughs, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up notes to all relevant stakeholders. Support material and equipment delivery coordination, verify orders, schedule drop-offs and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate project documentation, including material orders, budget trackers, and progress reports, ensuring all records comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated, monitor progress against project plans, and help troubleshoot potential challenges to keep projects on track. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in project administration. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
