Based at our Brisbane South Branch in Kingston, your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls General office work including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc. Assisting other departments with day-to-day operations Scheduling and confirming bookings for our customers. Liaising with installers and sub-contractors Reviewing install/dismantle photos and scheduling rectifications as required. Uploading of purchase orders and other documents Any task which may be required, in relation to administration duties required for the business.
