Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this role will be responsible for the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region (Gold Coast and Northern NSW) in support of a wider national network. What Will You Do? Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules. Ensuring our service fleet vehicle's safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing. Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment. Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information. Providing product service training to clients as required. Build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre. Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards. What Do You Need? Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences.
