We’re looking for a warm, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in a permanent part-time role. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience every day while supporting clinicians and keeping the hub running efficiently. What you’ll do: Greet and support patients with exceptional service Manage appointments, calls, and enquiries Handle patient records, billing, and payments Support clinical teams and daily hub operations What we’re looking for: Great communication and people skills Strong attention to detail and reliability A positive, can-do attitude Experience in medical/dental reception (desirable) What’s In It for You?
