About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Service & Customer Care Coordinator to support customer-facing service administration, order management, service contracts, and field service coordination. This role is ideal for a highly organised customer service professional with strong SAP experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer and internal stakeholder enquiries via email and phone Process service jobs, customer queries, sales orders, invoices, and repair quotes in SAP Schedule, assign, and monitor field service activities Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing, and completed service reports Create, renew, and administer service contracts Support preventative maintenance scheduling and parts ordering Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and install base data Manage loan and demonstration equipment placements Investigate and resolve data or equipment irregularities About You To be successful, you will have: 3-5 years' experience in customer service, service administration, or order processing Demonstrated SAP experience; Salesforce experience highly regarded Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong data accuracy Excellent time management, scheduling, and prioritisation skills Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment Experience supporting service, commercial, or technical teams highly regarded Why Apply?
