The Opportunity: This entry-level role is designed to launch you into a Sales Representative position. You’ll start in the Doncaster branch, building product knowledge, learning the customers, and understanding how the business operates. Once trained up (typically within 18–24 months), you’ll move into a Sales Rep role where you’ll be out meeting clients and driving business growth. As a Sales Rep, you will: Build strong relationships with trade customers Develop new business through cold calling and networking Promote and sell a wide range of electrical products Benefits and Rewards: Once you’ve completed your training and get out on the road, a fully maintained company car, phone and laptop will be provided. Saturday mornings are shared across the team on a rotating roster every 4–5 weeks, with overtime paid. We’re looking for: Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar) Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
