Kramer Asia Pacific is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead and deliver civil infrastructure projects across Australia and the Pacific region. The role is responsible for the planning, technical coordination, design review, delivery oversight, and commercial management of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety obligations, and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, technical reports, and construction documentation. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure civil engineering deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements. Assess construction methods, materials, quality standards, and project risks for civil works. Monitor project scope, cost, variations, schedules, and compliance obligations. Prepare technical and project reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams regarding engineering solutions and delivery outcomes. Support continuous improvement of engineering and project delivery systems. Promote and lead safe work practices and compliance with health and safety requirements. Better requirements section Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in civil engineering project delivery. Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, preferably in remote or Pacific Island environments. Strong capability in design coordination, engineering documentation review, project scheduling, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
