Tritium is a global leader in DC fast charging technology for electric vehicles. We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our New Product Development team, reporting directly to the CTO. You’ll own the delivery of our next generation of EV chargers — from concept to market. What You’ll Do Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full product lifecycle — concept, development, industrialisation, and launch Be the single source of truth across all program stakeholders: schedule, cost, performance, and delivery Govern programs through Tritium’s Product Creation Process, keeping scope tight and milestones on track Develop whole-product test plans and lead resolution of technical issues across the program Proactively identify roadblocks and drive solutions that keep programs moving Report program status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and the Board What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional hardware product programs end-to-end Deep understanding of Systems Engineering principles Strong leadership in a matrix organisation — you influence without authority Commercially astute, with hands-on budget management experience Clear, confident communicator from the workshop floor to the boardroom Nice to Have Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Office 365 Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies Background in EV, power electronics, or hardware-heavy product development Why Tritium?
