As a DC Maintenance Controller, you'll lead a workshop team to deliver safe, reliable, ready-for-hire equipment, every time. You'll be hands-on, leading from the front while building team capability and keeping operations running smoothly. What you'll be doing Lead Ready For Hire servicing and repairs to meet quality standards Plan and prioritise daily workshop workload Coach and develop a team of mechanics and service staff Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues Drive safety standards and lead daily team briefings Ensure equipment meets quality standards every time Maintain service records, job cards and documentation Manage parts, consumables and workshop inventory Identify improvements to boost efficiency and uptime About you Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience leading or coordinating a team Ability to plan, prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced setting Confidence using systems, tools and maintenance records A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail Great communication and team-building skills Current driver's licence Why Kennards Hire?
