Job Description Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including origination, evaluation, execution, and integration Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment papers Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence on potential targets Prepare board-level presentations and investment committee materials Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, strategy, and operations to assess growth opportunities Support post-merger integration and value creation initiatives Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and potential acquisition targets Build and manage relationships with external advisors, including investment banks, consultants, and legal firms The Successful Applicant 3-4 years' experience within a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g. MBB, Big 4 Strategy, Tier 2) 2-3 years' experience within a corporate environment (corporate development, strategy, or FP&A) Strong experience in M&A, transactions, or strategic project delivery Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive or board level Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, or a related discipline (MBA/CFA highly regarded) What's on Offer Competitive base salary High visibility role with direct exposure to C-suite and board Opportunity to lead high-profile, strategic transactions Clear pathway for progression into senior leadership roles Collaborative, high-performing team environment
