Please note: Approximately 70–80% of this role involves general cleaning work , including general cleaning, carpets, floors, windows and other detailed cleaning tasks, with the remainder focused on restoration (water, fire, and mould). Your duties may include: • General cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, detailing) • Carpet & upholstery cleaning • Water, fire & mould restoration • Floor care (vinyl, tile & hard floors) • Trauma & biohazard cleaning (significantly higher rates apply) • Hoarding & squalor remediation (significantly higher rates apply) • Contents handling (restoration pack-outs & cataloguing) • Rubbish removal • Window cleaning • Completing timesheets, job reports and documentation via apps • Following WHS and industry compliance requirements • Leading or assisting teams across a variety of jobs About you: • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Takes pride in hands-on work and achieving great before & after results • Comfortable performing physical cleaning work on a daily basis • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Flexible with working hours, including on-call work • Comfortable using mobile apps and technology • Physically fit and capable of lifting • Leadership skills (or willingness to grow into a leading role) Who this role suits: This role is ideal for someone who: • Enjoys practical, hands-on work • Enjoys getting stuck into cleaning tasks • Likes variety – no two days are the same • Wants to build skills across cleaning and restoration • Takes pride in delivering high-quality results Important: This role is not suited to someone seeking a purely technical or supervisory position .
