This is an opportunity to work directly alongside the Directors , become an integral part of the business , and grow into a Senior Supervisor / Operations leadership role as we scale. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position combining site supervision, technical delivery, and team development. You will be responsible for: Overseeing and installing Colorbond roof replacements (tile to tin and tin to tin) Supervising site operations to ensure best-in-class workmanship Carrying out site inspections, surveys, and measurements Managing gutters, downpipes, flashings, and roof plumbing works Diagnosing and resolving roof leaks and reactive maintenance issues Ensuring full compliance with building standards, codes, and specifications Driving health & safety on-site (SWMS, working at heights, safe systems of work) Maintaining quality control across all projects Coordinating subcontractors and trades effectively Assisting with programming and scheduling of works Supporting the Directors in growing and developing the team Playing a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring new team members Contributing to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and delivery What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who takes pride in their work and sets the standard for others.
