What We're Looking For At least 3 years of hands-on landscaping experience, including both hard and soft landscaping. Ability to confidently follow plans from landscape architects and designers. A professional eye for detail—you know how to make a garden stand out. Excellent communication skills, able to get along well with clients and teammates. Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety requirements. Able to work independently or as part of a team—you're reliable and do your job well. Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience, a current driver's licence, your own vehicle, and a phone. You must have legal work rights in Australia.
